is this good or bad?

hey i am wondering if this is good or bad my hand keeps going into a cramp everytime i move it a certain way so should i worry about it or is it normal it only happens sometimes not all the time just i am a bit more worried incase it could be anything wrong cause am pregnant 37weeks +

I would see a doctor. That is not normal.
