If your parents are there with you, and either can't sign, then yes.

Other than that a Power of Attorney is needed

Growing up there were several instances where I had to run to the store for a parent (or more often) my grandmother, and did just that. Just make sure that if you do that, that you have permission each and every time- this way if they (the credit card company or bank) call your parent for verification, they can be assured that it's okay.

Yes, it is always okay to sign someone else's name if you have their permission. If you want to be safe, you can sign the other person's name and then put "ABC" (your initials) next to it to signify that someone else signed it. But the other answers are wrong -- you CAN sign someone else's name if you have permission, it is NOT identity theft, and you do NOT need a power of attorney.
