Spell? spell?! can only think you are referring to paedophile.....Oxford ENGLISH dictionary...paed..infant, ergo paedophile. Furthermore I know there isn't a "committee" to decide punishment, it was used as a euphemism [spelt correctly]

Anyone can be -- juts become a politician and join their state legislature.

Penalties for criminal conduct are not decided by committee -- they are set by the legislature and (within those legislative bounds) assigned by the judge.

So, if you want to help determine what the punishments should be, get into politics and make the laws.

I would and I say death penalty cause they cannot be changed. Of course I would accelerate the time until the death sentence is carried out, why pay for them to sit in jail and be fed?

Not me. I am not into deciding how to punish others. Seems sadistic to me. If they deserve punishment that should be up to the judge.
