No...shaving one's pubes is a personal thing...some do and some don't. Gay men who are overly hairy and do not shave are called "bears" and some men are very attracted to them. So by the logic of some people, your husband might be gay if he didn't shave. Your husband has his own reasons---perhaps if you asked him, it might set your mind at ease.

There is a trend to shave down there cause I see it at the gym , beach etc. He's probably just following the trend and if he were gay you are the one who should know!

No, he just likes to keep himself 'tidy' down there. Although a lot of gay men do it, it isn't just exclusively for gay men. But being the wife, surely you must have feelings on the matter? Does it turn you on or off?

if you like pubic hair in your mouth than ask him not to shave. Shaving down there doesn't make you gay, he maybe trying to keep that area clean, maybe he doesn't want you to be disgusted talk to him (Communication is the key)

Not if he`s married to you;it could be he likes to impress you and keep himself clean at the same time.Maybe he flaunts his c**k to his mates in the showers(in a non-sexual way) and hopes they notice his looks bigger than theirs!!!
Have you asked him in a non-accusative manner,why he does it?? If he still gets it on with you-and you look foxy enough!!- then ask him if he`d like you to shave/trim your pubes too;go down the shared experience route thing,and rekindle your relationship-.

Men who shave their pubic area often do so to make their equipment appear larger! It is really quite common these days and has nothing to do with being gay!
