Clown barb is a common name applied to several different fish around the country, if you mean tiger barbs, Nosoup is right, if you mean this fish

then you can keep them together without a problem.

As for the platys, you can try your local pet shop, but even if they are really attractive, don't expect more than about 1/4 of the tank price on them and even then it will most likely be offered in store credit.

Clown Barbs are called Tiger Barbs. They will attack the Phantom Tetras and nip at their fins if not given ample swimming room (20+ gallons).

Platties are fairly worthless because anybody can breed them. Use them as live food, or just donate them to the pet store.

That depends on where you live, Here in Utah you could sell them at AQUATIC DREAMS assuming they are in good condition
