I am not sure about the physical address but the email address is a generic one similar to Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail.

Scammers use a generic email because they are free and you can use almost any name that you want.

If this situation involves you sending money FOR ANY REASON, I would not do it. It smells really fishy.
