I thought i was pregnant but then i started my period, i am always really regular with my period. I usually have some cramps the day before and a little the day I start. I have never had really bad cramps my whole life, but today i am having the worst cramps I have ever had. It is so bad i feel really sick and i cant even get up. Medicine isn't working. Could I be pregnant or having a miscarriage? or just a case of BAD cramps?? what can i do about the pain??

Yes I am sexually active. that's why we thought i was pregnant but if I am, am i still able to get my period? Is that normal? I don't really think it is a miscarriage because what are the odds of that happening the day I am supposed to start my period???

Might be a bad case of the cramps but if you are sexually active I would ask your gyno cause a miscarriage is not something to fool around with. it can be very dangerous if it is not completely removed.

If the cramps are that bad go get checked by a doctor and get some medicne for that. Are you using a prescription dosage of Naproxen or ibuprofen? If not that is an option. Also use a heating pad or soak in a warm bath tub.

You CAN have your period and still be pregnant. If you think you are, get a pregnancy test.
