I do find it true. Regular old fashioned letters are the same way. It is a little easier in a phone call, but you really need a face to face to estimate someones emotions.

i find this very true,, you cant judge a person and how they feel on the internet because you cant see them,, they could be lieing or you might take it the wrong way.
Talking to a person about their emotions face-to-face is the best way to share emotions because you can actually see them and its easier to comfort them if your with each other in reality.
