How does this look?
The film tricks the audience by making Keyser Söze’s intelligence incompatible with Verbal’s, giving Verbal have a complete different physical appearance from Keyser Söze, and having Verbal talk about Keyser as thought they were two different persons.

The points I'd look at are finding a different word to replace "incompatible," saying "giving Verbal" instead of "giving Verbal have," and using "though" instead of "thought."

Other than that, it looks good.

It's pretty good, but it was a run on, and had some noun/verb problems. It'll help to read it out loud and listen to what it sounds like.
I just changed it a little.

The film tricks the audience by making Keyser Söze’s intelligence incomparable with Verbal’s. It does this by giving Verbal a completly different physical appearance from Keyser Söze, and by having Verbal talk about Keyser as though they are two different people.

It looks confusing. Read it out loud to yourself and listen as though you were a stranger. Do you see how your first sentence could be split in two? It's not grammar that is your problem so much as the fact that you're rushing to get your thoughts out, and you're crowding your sentences. You seem to actually understand sentence structure okay. Write all that you are thinking on the subject then go back and read it out loud and edit so it sounds good to you.
