No. He had his chance, but he cheated. Any record achieved with steroids is not a record in the hearts of true baseball fans. The record belongs to Hank Aaron until somebody hits 756 honestly.

Anyways, it's impossible to know where and when a HR will be hit.

I'd like it to happen at home, because all of the fake fans of baseball outside of San Francisco do nothing but disgrace the game by not recognizing history in the making.

All of the drug use talk is old, there is no such thing as BALCO anymore (I drive past that building every day on the freeway), there is no evidence he cheated because he took the drugs legally (they were also prescribed to him, which makes it legal), Barry is just a scapegoat because others used drugs at the same time he did and people that bash him up to now are not real baseball fans. Just troublemaking bandwagon fans that don't know anything about baseball.

I hope it's in LA, because I want to see him do it in front of a hostile crowd. He's a jerk and deserves to get bood for his accomplishment, steroids or not.

I hope it doesn't happen in San Diego, because I wouldn't want a Padres pitcher to be the answer to the trivia question.

Then again, I would rather have it happen in San Diego than in San Francisco. The adulation from the Giants fans would make me sick.

Don't know, don't care. All I have to say is this: once Bonds breaks the record, I'll still consider Aaron the all-time home run hitter, until somebody like oh say A-Rod breaks Bonds' record, but until that happens, Aaron is the Home Run King.

Hate to say it, but he'll probably do it against LA. They're starting Hendrickson & Tomko---they might as well put a tee up there for him.

He will probably wait untill he gets to SF then will start trying to hit homeruns.

So he will hit it in front of Giant fans.

I thought he broke it at the BALCO lab in San Francisco.

I think he will tie it tonight in L.A. then break it Thursday, also in L.A.
