Only William. Charley committed adultery. And can't take the head state in charge of the Angelican church of which his mother Queen Elizabeth is head!

Neither at present. Elizabeth II is the Queen of England. Under the rules of English succession, her heir is Charles. William is in line after Charles.

Charles may never become King!
He will make a good King, but is getting too old for it to make a difference in the people whom he serves.
I suspect that William will become King sooner than he perhaps wants to be!
