I just got a molly from Petsmart 2 days ago. I acclimated the fish and everything that I was supposed to. I tried feeding it 3 hours later, and it didn't want to eat. Then today, tried again, and nothing. All my other fishes are happy and eating (guppies and neon tetras).

Don't worry at all!

Your fish is quite simply in shock,
nothing to be worried about at all.

The fish has to ajust to the
new water temperature...

It could take three or more days untill your
new fish is even interacting with the others.

Just continue to feed it. Right now, it is still probably very stressed from the transition. It will start eating in a day or two. Fish can go more than a week without food, so it is fine. You just have to wait it out.

First of all, you're not suppose to feed them on the day you get them anyway, because usually they have been fed already

anyway, just give it time to adjust and used to the new environment, it can take sometimes up to a week for new fish to adjust and start eating
Don't start overfeeding your fish though

hope that helps
Good luck

Maybe its sick or isnt competitive for his food. Seperate it into a smaller tank when you feed it and see if it will eventually eat. Or maybe it doesnt like that type of food?
