Human cruety.
The demonstration of human cruelty to others who they perceive to be lower in rank or stature breaks my heart.
Often there is no need to inflict the disrespect and the hurting tone of voice or the hurtful words. The overkill is simply to drive home the point that the evil person rules, to show off their rank and power.
When these people come down with illness and get involved in accidents, they hardly ever connect the dots on the karmic connection. Its true that bad things happen to good people abut it is also true that bad things happen to bad people.

Hopelessness. When a friend, or even just someone I know feels that there is nothing left for them in this life, even when it's obvious to everyone else that they have a bright future waiting for them.

Unless that person is being dramatic for the sake of controversy or attention. Then it's irritating. But true hopelessness is heartbreaking

the feeling of not achieving what i could have done and i know i could have done but didn't because i was tooo darn stupid or rubbish to achieve it. basically not pushing myself to the max so even though what i achieve is great i know i could have achieved more so i don't like it when i don't push myself to the max.

oh and when my sister and brother fight. and when i can't control my anger. and when i see what i really am.

when my parents argue, when my mum is in pain because of her arthritis and im being insensitive. when i know im being insensitive but i don't do anything to stop myself.

not being able to be the person i want to be.

but i do have a great side. so i am not focusing on all the negatives. lol. ill just keep smiling =D it pulls me through =D

loathe being depressing lol so have to say something to erase it all lol. believe in yourself lol. smile =D and i hope your heart is never wounded too deeply =D

Human suffering really bothers me. When I see amputees, handicap persons, people with chronic illness, etc - it just breaks my heart. To think that some people in Africa can not even get a drink clean water. Damn! How can you feel anything else but sad?

It breaks my heart when I offer it to someone I love and they don't return the favor. Not only that, but when said lover runs off with a stolen piece of my heart!
