Ethics are the moral rules that govern good social conduct. Integrity is doing the right thing - because it is the right thing to do (even if you'd rather not) - acting ethically, being ethical.

Ethics is a code of conduct -- a list of rules for what is acceptable and what is prohibited.

Each group, society, organization, company or profession can have its own separate ethical code. Individuals can also have their own personal ethical code.

Integrity is how much you follow the ethical codes that you have agreed to follow. It's a measure of your adherence to your own promises, and your own commitments.
