Menses Delay? Does UTI possibly could affect the mentruation cycle?

Before I got pregnant I usually have regular menses. But after I stopped breastfeeding my menses came back irregularly, the first one was 32 days, then 36 days and now I'm still waiting for it for 41 days now. I took pregnancy test but it turns out negative, I wonder what's wrong.

0ne more thing before I found out I was pregnant I was 5 weeks delayed and so I took a pregnancy test which turned out positive but now it turns negative as what I said above that's what made me wonder. Is there any connection on this?

Yes, it possibly could because having an infection can stress the body out. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to see what they say.
