It seems like CAIR has been proven to have ties to terrorism. I think the organization should be disbanded. If they want to start a similar organization without ties to terrorism, they should be allowed.

They are threatening to take legal action if there are defaming statements;not exactly methods I'd describe as yihadi.
They are talking about using every tool available to them under the law.They almost ,they do actually sound like law abiding American citizens to me so yes they should be free to operate in America.
