Yes, I do, and we say "good stock" in our family too. :-) My mom and her mom (my grandma) aged very, very well. Genes, as well as a healthy lifestyle, really are key. I try to strike a balance with all that. I look 10 years younger than my actual age. I credit that to sunscreen and vitamins and hope they counteract the beer and chips. :-)
