I don't know that much about you but don't be bummed. Everyone gets sad at times. For whatever reason you need cheering up, just remember... you are a valuable person and you won't always feel bad. You will feel better in no time at all.Keep your hope up. Hope you feel happier soon!

Give a little of yourself.
It does wonders in getting us off of ourselves - to focus on others..do for others...give to others.
It's a great healer - giving to other people.
Volunteer work at a soup kitchen, old folks home, mental retardation center, hospice work, "meals on wheels", Habitat for Humanity among many many others.
God loves us to love others.
Spread your love around and you'll get love back!
