Newsflash:

Mars can support life. It will just take a bit of technology to use the existing martian resources to make a small enclosed area suitable for human habitation.

The question we are currently trying to answer is whether Mars has supported life in the past and/or if there is life still there.

Humans would probably befoul it just as they have the Earth.

Other than music (which many animals enjoy), I'm not sure any human accomplishments are worth preserving. Of what use are they to anyone but us?

But the damage we inflict harms all with whom we share the Earth.

A strange thought, I know. But there it is.

Now I'm going home in my four-door sedan, and when I get there I'll have a cheeseburger for dinner.

God help us.

We would begin to colonize it as our first step into our expansion into space (finally). Moons of outer planets would be next.

Knowledge, technology, and population would expand rapidly.

Peoples/Governments would become more focused and things would in general become better.
