i have heard thats dhal have proteins . i think there is no harm iin giving dhal soup. but when can i start?

LOL... I just have to help out a bit here :-D

The dhal being referred to is lentils (its the hindi word for lentils). And yes they have protein.

Check with your doctor like the first person said.

depends on how u make it. my friends grandpas dhal is too spicy but her moms dhal is bland enuf for a child. Dhal is table food so i would wait at LEAST a year. its probably got a lot of sodium in it too u may want to wait.

ask the childs doctor you may need to wait til the baby is a year old though. could have too many seasonings in it. babies need bland food

dhallll taste good lol. you should ask the doctor. but i think you should start when the baby is like a year or so.
