You have a hypermobile (excessively loose) unstable shoulder...DO NOT go to the chiro...that would be the worst thing you could do. Sounds like you have inferior instability. What you should do is go see an orthopedic doctor to have an assessment on the shoulder and then go to see a physical therapist to help with the strength in your shoulder, especially the rotator cuff muscles. These muscles aid in keeping the head of the humerus (arm bone) in the glenoid fossa (socket in the shoulder blade). If you can strengthen these muscles it will help the stability of the shoulder.

Try a reccommended chiropractor. And like I have said before, a young one because they have the new ideas and techniques.

I was diagnosed with 2 separated ribs, and then found out there were 3. Absolutely incredible pain. The chiropractor put me back together in a couple of visits, and then kept me together until I healed. He also had good ideas for allergies, and therapy for healing better after surgery. But that's not your question.

You may have damaged your rotator cuff. You need to get surgery to get that fixed. Try reading:

and see if some of the symptoms fit the problems you are having.
