Use any cake recipe or cake mix. Fill paper muffin cups (in muffin pan) 3/4 full bake at recommended temp for mix takes about 20 min. Frost with home made or store frosting.

First get some betty crocker then instead of making it into a cake pour it into muffin pan with those little wrapper things to hold the cupcakes, but only fill the wrapper 1/2 full. then top with frosting!! Who's really gonna know if yo made them from scratch or not!! Too time consuming anyways, and a lot more expensive than a 99cent box!!

Same as cake batter, put it in the cupcake pan lined with those little muffin cups. Any cake mix will work.

Easiest and best tasting is to use Duncan Heinz cake mix and follow the instructions on the box. I like yellow cake with chocolate frosting. Use the canned frosting--not the best, but easy. Or chocolate cake with white frosting and sprinkles.

it's not that hard. are you joking? i'll answer you in case this is a serious ?.
choose a cake mix. follow the directions on the box and place batter at even levels in cupcake pan. bake according to box directions and frost them after they are completely cooled.
