their performance this time on the UK tour has been amazing. A series win against south africa and a fabuluous test win against England after an amazing Dhoni rearguard at Lords!
I think this Indian team might just do well with the captain and the senior players mentoring the young ones.

i have seen some of your responses. Indians need to understand the importance of managing themselves cricketwise. The captain and his senior advisors including former captains and experienced bowlers should squarely take responsibility for performances. Coaching clinics should be once in a while.

I haven’t seen part-time coachers. Definitely, they need a coacher. They would win one or two matches without a coacher. But they cannot continue that. That’s true, that any coacher cannot field, bat or bowl like cricketers. But coach can keep the spirit of the team and he can influence to cricketer’s mentality. That is the most important thing in the game. Why did Sri Lanka win the world cup 1996? Because they played positive cricket. These all the things happened after the Dave Watmore’s arrival.

No need for any Coach they simply destroy the team moral and confidence of players. If They are performing well without coach then why we need a coach lets leave on TRIO and youngster to guide the team to new level of cricket

They have been lucky this time.. But life lessons have thought not to always depend on luck . So , better get a good coach or then get their sorry *** kicked away from good contracts from sponsors.
