I am 18 years old and i am a huge fan of fantasy novels. I have read Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Eragon, Eldest.
Can anyone suggest some good books that I could read? Thanks a lot.

Alanna: The First Adventure (Song of the Lioness Series #1)
by Tamora Pierce
(My favorite books)

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
by Douglas Adams
(A must read. Tells you the meaning of live. Which is 42.)

Magicians' Guild
by Trudi Canavan
(First of three books. Friend said they were very good.)

Safe House (1-800-Where-R-You Series)
by Meg Cabot, Jenny Carroll
(Might want to start on the first book. High schoolish but good writing for strong young women.)

Philip Wells is a Harry Potter like character. The story is not as thrilling, but there is a lot more depth to it... and good humor. I love it. For a sample, look at the phone conversation that starts in the middle of chapter 3

It's a free ebook.

I'm Twenty nine years (almost 30) and I also like fantasy and fiction novels, these are my recommendations
The Lord of the Rings (the 3 books), state of fear, the left behind novels this one is awesome, da vinci code, and there a lot of books of the star wars collections.
I hope this work.

Try the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant by Stephan Donaldson, here is his website. Test read one of his books there.

Also, try The Dune Trilogy by Frank Herbert and or the Foundation Trilogy by Isaac Asimov. These are masters at their craft!

Also The Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks!

A lot of people really loved the Gormengast Trilogy by Mervyn Peake. Especially the first book.

Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, The Stand (Stephen King), any book by Stephen King. That should be enough to get you through the summer!
