That you don't have to download to use? I don't really want to download anything to my computer. Are there any websites that offer this without downloads? If you can help, I'd be so grateful! :)

The easiest way to do it is using tunes. You right click the file and click format to mp3. I use it all the time because i am a music producer.

there are no websites that offer that kind of service ( or at least that i know of). you really should just download the software
