.. using a combination of asking and answering will it take to do that (excluding any unforseen circumstances like being awarded a "best answer" or having a question maliciously deleted).
Would it make any difference if your number was odd - say 1649?

Toietmoi - Ah yes : I forgot to factor in the "choose best answer" option - now I have a formula to work to.
It will take discipline and restraint though.
