is it better to have a friend whose intests are like yours or have a friend wholse intrests are comletly different from yours??

The best friends are those who have similar interests- But life would be boring if you didn't know anybody different from yourself. I have friends that are just like me and the complete opposite of me.
I can always relate to my friends that share my interests, and I'm always learning from those who are different from me. There's so many things I wouldn't have learned to love if these people different from me hadn't taught me. It's always important to expose yourself to new things.

I'm going with those with at least some similar interests - if they are completely different you will have little to talk about or do together.

I think you should share some interests but also have your own stuff too, that way you can share stuff and also teach each other new stuff....
