If a guy is hit really hard in the nuts, can he become steryl? Like so hard that it hurt just to move, couldnt walk right, felt like they had bust open kinda hard...

No, tissue damage at the most, but not sterility. Sterility occurs from genetics or a very poor diet or very unhealthy ways (stds).

Theoretically possible, if both testicles died or if there was so much trauma that the tubules that carry the sperm were blocked by scar. Never heard of this happening, though.

That has happened to me many times because i play lacrosse. It is the worst pain you can experience. IT is very unhealthy for men and it can lower sperm count and even kill the guy

he wouldn't become sterile because of that. of course other things can be secondary and cause additional issues.
