What you're asking is for a single line, or a few lines, that will say what entire poems have attempted to put into words. As another reply said, "carpe diem", or "seize the day" attempts to do this by telling you to grab the day while it is still here. Rudyard Kipling's poem "If" said to "fill the unforgiving minute with 60 seconds worth of distance run", Fitzgerald said in the Rubaiyat "the bird of time has but a little way to fly and lo, the bird is on the wing", others have said "drink deep the draft of life for the cup holds more than your meager mouth can swallow and the tavern soon will close".
So, if you need a line, or a stanza, look deep within yourself and ask what you would do if you only had one day to live...then put what you'd do and why you'd do it into a single stanza...or line...or poem...and the perspective will be "yours", which will make it "different" than any other poem. If what you say sounds familiar, then it wasn't an original thought...if you've never heard it before, it's an original one...it's that simple, and that difficult. good luck.

Sorry, but the thought itself is trite. To start off with an overused idea and try to reexpress it in a new way won't get you anywhere.
For instance, read Henry Miller. He's full of such ideas about living life to the fullest--and his expression of same is original. Trying reading him--for instance, "The Tropic of Cancer." Or "Wisdom of the Heart." The former may be a bit "pornographic" for your age level--let me warn you.
All the answers here on the Yahoo site so far are also trite--they are mere synonyms of the trite.
But I'm not trying to be a downer in your life.
If you want to write, first try to experience something directly--not second hand. Examine your own life. No one has lived the life you have lived. Write about it. If you are young--and my guess is you are--it may take years of self examination before you have the ability to see yourself in an entirely fresh way, and to write about it.
For starters, think of something that has happened to you recently that has really hurt. I say this because "hurt" is very personal and deeply felt. You do not willingly steal it from others, or feel it in a cliched way. Now write about that hurt. Would you dare ask someone else to write about your personal experience? No, what you feel deeply about only you can write about.
Write about your feelings, not about some abstract philosophical idea, such as "I want to live life to the fullest."
Good luck. Writing well is always a challenge.

Rather than just take a sip from the chalice of life I want to gulp it down. I want to feast upon the joys of life and its miracles! I want to be carried away by the rushing wind that is existence!
Its a little short but should serve.

I want to squeeze every last drop of juice out of life until all that's left is a discarded empty peel.

"To embrace a sweet reality, in a dream I danced, with only a passing glance I am afraid if I don't caress it now I may never get a chance."
That's my quick thought's on the subject.
