Wayne, the best advice I can offer you is to go here : http://forums.ebay.co.uk/forum.jspa?forumID=7 : post in your buyers ID so the people there can see your feedback and check this out. They are fantastic at helping - but I would say that that item number has left the system so you may well be out of time to do anything. Sorry.
