Yes, considering that no one is really "normal." Which person in this world is really "normal." If you can find that person, you are a super, super genius. There is no one like that. What's normal, and what's weird?
An example is how many dark dressed people are there? Maybe, you think that there are only 100 in the world. You have to be kidding. There have to millions and millions of them. They are as normal as a person that doesn't dress in dark all the time.
Some people have birth marks all over there body. Are those people normal or are they weird? Rant over.

let's see. my nails are painted two colors. my hair is above my shoulder and has a huge streak in it, I am wearing tye-dye pants. I am a writer and I am barely in high school. I have lived in 3 countries and been to 12, which is my age, I've been to eight different schools. I have 8 bros and sis's yes. I guess so.

a lot of people think i am weird. some people in that past have thought that i was mentally challenged and gay, so being weird is no big deal
