As an attorney, I can tell you that in any profession, there are people who give you a really bad name. The lawyers who advertise on tv are a big focus of that dislike.

The truth is that most people only see an attorney under bad situations like an arrest or a divorce. They're in big trouble and get angry when the attorney doesn't get them off/get them everything they want.

Most lawyers do a get job everyday and believe it or not, care about the people they represent. Unfortunately, those lawyers never show up on tv or get their picture in the paper.

There are a lot of sleazy lawyers who advertise and chase ambulances. There are also those who have no regard for the truth. They are in the minority, but like bad apples, their sins are attributed to the whole. Most lawyers are honest, sincere, educated and hard working. I have found that I become a confidant and friend to many of those whom I represent. Those who profess to disdain lawyers usually have their own unique set of problems and are trying to deflect blame or responsibility.

Most of the people I've met who think they had a bad experience with a lawyer fall into one of three categories:

1. Those who lied to their lawyer,
2. Those who didn't listen to their lawyer,
3. Those who didn't pay their lawyer.

If you want a good experience with a lawyer, tell them the truth, listen to their advice, and pay them for their service.

I believe that to be an attorney, you have to be a little on the hard side. Otherwise, you would never make any money. They are all in it together with the Judges and so on. And I hired the best criminal attorney in our area that told me I would never see inside a prison cell, wellllllllllll, I did. And he didn't have the morals of a sewer rat at that point. SO, be careful who you hire. Wouldn't want to be one, that's for sure, I would rather pick up garbage.

Neither want a lawyer to document for divorce, and if there is not any belongings or babies to be stressful approximately, and you're the two in contract approximately wanting a divorce, then it could properly be the main inexpensive thank you to circulate. you need to circulate to the courthouse, or request the information on line, fill them in and document.

"Have you been affected in any way shape fashion or form by [insert product de jure here]? Did you know that you can recover medical and other expenses? Call us...we can help. Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe, Attorneys at Law".

Translation: "We're drumming up business for a class action lawsuit against [insert product de jure here]. We're gonna make millions and you poor saps are going to get a discount coupon to buy more of their crappy products, so we can start all over again.

Do we cheat them? And how!"

Because many of them -- especially many of the ones in the public spotlight -- sleaze around their ethical obligations and end up harming the system they are sworn to protect.

Lawyers have the highest requirements for any profession when it comes to integrity and honesty. Sadly, given the standards defined by our ethical codes are so high, a larger percentage also fails to live up to those standards.

Because they've earned it.There once was a town with one lawyer. He made a nice living.Another lawyer moved to town. They both got rich.Half the time the only reason you need one.Is because someone else has one.
