Eyes & the way they walk.

Appearance. Though I know you can't judge by that alone, it is primarily the 1st thing you notice when you see someone.
Posture: The way she carries herself is important. Does she walk with confidence or like a timid little mental patient.
Clothing: She doesn't have to be dressed to the 9's all the time but a little effort goes a long way. Some girls have thrown in the towel when it comes to their looks & always look like their doing housework (hair pulled back, oversize t shirt & guys shorts), yuck - I hate that look.
Body: In a society where 60% of people are somewhat overweight, this might seem like a little much to ask. I like a woman who takes care of herself. She doesn't have to be built like an athlete but show a little restraint when it comes to your diet. Excersize now & then, if not for your looks - then for your health.
Bad Habits: These are noticable more so to the people you first meet than those who are used to seeing them on a regular basis. Things like constantly chewing gum, overdoing it with the hand gestures while talking. Some females (especially those with kids) have gotten into the habit of speaking in very loud & demanding voices. Try to retain a little femininity about yourself. Soft spoken females are always more attractive than those who sound like a drill seargent for 4 year olds.
There's alot of other things I take note of when meeting or watching women. Cleanliness, attitude & consistancy are a few other traits I admire.

Sometimes the first thing I notice about the opposite sex, is their girlfriend.. hehe.
