I have 2 PC's on the same table, the same distance from the router, which has 4 possible connections, when i test my internet speed "on speedtest and other websites" one PC gets 550kb/s while the other gets 2200kb/s, what could be the problem?

Are the two PCs identical?

The problem could be the network card itself. It means that one of your Network card is better than the other in quality wise.

Are you using a router to split the two connection? coz i know if you use a router, your speed will slow down a lot. Unless it's a self build in modem(cable/DSL) with router. Then your performance will be the same.

To improve your internet speed? you mean when you download or when you surf the net? If you mean download, the only way is to get better a better ISP(internet service provider).
