Yes its a nice name my cousin's name is Kathleen Marie also! She's also called Katie what a coincidence... but she doesn't have the same last name as you. I also think that Kathleen Marie flows with your last name nicely.

I personally like the name Kathleen. But I know how you feel. My full name is Virginia Lee. My mom said I was named after the state and ... Robert E. Lee... Good God! So I go by Ginny Leigh instead. Plus i had to grow up with everyone calling me "Vergina" I thought my sister got the pretty name (Victoria) but she doesn't like her name either and goes by Tori. I think a lot of people don't like their name, but... at least we can all be happy we weren't named Gertrude or Bertha... My grandmother had a friend whose name was Ima Hogg - no kidding, so I guess it can always be worse, lol.

OK i know i am not answering your question but since i am not able to email you here it is.I have noticed that you post up to many information about yourself. like that other question you answered about school supplies for middle school. You posted your school website, so now people know that you live in Ramsey, New Jersey and that you go to Smith Middle School, and your in the 8th grade. We also know that your name is Kathleen Marie Willis. So now anybody can easily go to your school and take you away cause they now know where you live. Blonde hair and blue eyes...me too. Sofia Morgan, or Avery Morgan. Maybe Avery Sofia. Those are my favorite names for a girl. Hmm...Taylor, Britt, and Jessica (:p, but Jess is good) might work, too.

kathleen is nice Catty is nor but kathie is ok. do you realy want to change it, my name is miriam Joy and I considered calling my self joice when I went to a new school but never did I picked up the nick name mim which I still use.

i personaly think it is over used but it is your name and at least it is a real normal nice name.keep your name you can always pick a cute nickname for yourself other than the very overused Katie! why not Kitty?or something that you like it could be anything! good luck.

Be proud of your name. Your parents took great care in picking it and picked it for a reason.
I think it's prettier than mine, Julie Ann, but I love my name because it is what my parents picked just for me!
