I love the new one. i saw the old one on ABC family last night and thought it was bad. Oh, and did you like Zac Efron hair (don't answer that last one if you're a guy).

Oh it was fantastic! I've seen the broadway show as well, but I loved the new film much better. Yes, the old one was terrible. ZAC EFRON! Omg, he's the sexiest person in the world. His hair...bah, it was okay. I didn't appreciate the color though. ;-D

I haven't seen the new one, but I also saw the old one on ABC Family last night. It was pretty coooool. Some parts were kinda strange though. Like...when the girl saw the guy on tv and started kissing the tv...and when the mom popped her daughter's zit...lol ^_^ I liked their dancing a lot though!!!!!! ^_^

The original was not bad. You have to remember the year it was made and the director. If you don't understand John Waters, then you don't really understand the orginial Hairspray.

We loved it, got a kick out of going back to the 1960's was fun, fun, fun, John Travolta was out of this world as looking like and acting like a mom would to any daughter regardless of era it was from.
Moms know best!

The ORIGINAL is way better. It was meant to be John Waters' "Dance" movie, not a musical. Why he sold it off to Broadway, I'll never know.....

I thought it was great! I loved all the songs,and I was never bored.
I also saw the old one last night. I didn't think it was amazing, but I didn't think it was terrible. There weren't as many songs and some things were different(Well that is to say, things in the new movie were different from the old one..)

Like they say out with the old in with the new.The OLD one was horrible and the NEW one was awesome.As for Zac's hair it was OK but it looks better in HSM.
