Knocking out my front teeth by accident

Being in a pitch black room and can not see and the reason is one time my ex snicked into the apt turned all power off when I went walking down the hall because I heard a clicking sound turned to go into the living room he thought it would funny to grab me around the mouth to scare me. To this day it has been about 23 years ago I still sleep with night lights on in other rooms I am in my 40's now.

Vomit, vomiting, others vomiting, nightmares, sleep paralysis, others hurting me, dogs, cats, no internet, speaking a different language and saying something wrong, being wrong, mistakes, dying in a way that I don't want to die, watching something I love die, fear itself...
These are the fears that I got from fear of vomit, vomiting and others vomiting:
Sickness, disease, headaches, nausea, airplanes, boats, eating leftovers for over 1 day old, seafood, anxiety, alcohol, drugs, strong side effects, not using hand sanitizer and sometimes even eating, food poisoning, stomach aches, toilets and garbage cans and bags (when I'm nauseaous or having a panic attack), food that smells strong, eating a lot of sweets

At first thought - my Bibical training comes to mind that "God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind".
Then my natural side kicked in, and I thought about closet doors that are open are a little unpleasant - watching thriller movies, in the house, alone, in the dark, and then, creaking noises in a house. They don' t "scare me", but they do cause some mental and emotional concern. lol

The Bush administration & the way they have taken away civil liberties under the auspices of "protecting freedom" and "fighting terrorism".
Also, the way the sheeple laid down & accepted these perversions of rights without a peep is scary to me.
