Ooooh, I LOVE empanaditas! One that I like is the one filled with chicken and potatoes. I also tried another one that's filled with a menudo-like pork filling, and I'm still trying to get my hands on the recipe. Yum!
Oh look, now I'm hungry just thinking about them. :D

I am not sure if it was empanadas or empanaditas, but the last I tried was from Red Ribbon. It was good, but I do not have a craving for it.

empanaditas i think mas manipis (thinner) ang wrapper and it's smaller than empanadas (has more fillings and has a thicker crust-like wrapper). i think you need to eat more empanaditas to be full and satisfied because they are very small. but they are very yummy.

My favourite would have to be the ones made with curry fillings...chicken or pork...whatever... Their just the best... (good recipe....) ;-)
