I am going to court and I need to direct my defense to the right person. The plaintiff is a black drug dealer, his lawyer is black and his witness is a black rapper. The judge is the Tina Turner type and hates men. How should I juxtaposition. I want to walk.

Maybe if you stopped paying attention to skin color, it might help you to actually pay attention to the individuals.

And the way you tell someone is the attorney is to ask, "who is the attorney".

If you do not have the common sense enough to ASK them who is the lawyer, I suggest you HIRE one! You are allowed to interview any witnesses before trial, so you should be able to recognize the witness after you depose him. If the Judge is not impartial, you can report her to the State Bar association and judicial ethics committee. There is an old adage in the legal profession: He who has himself as a client has a fool for a lawyer. Get professional help or you are not going to walk. BTW, the plaintiff will be the one on the witness stand telling the judge what you did to them and why they are after you.

I've given your situation careful consideration, and I think your best bet is to hire your own lawyer, and keep your mouth shut at all times. I suspect you might even want to visit a dentist just before the trial and get several shots of novacaine to be really safe.
