I'd like to know the same thing...raking leaves in a tree?? Seriously? And I'd say the answer is obvious....if you are hurt you should go to the doctor or hospital. I'm no rocket scientist, but experience has told me that when you have aches and pains the doctor is usually the best person to help you.

When falling from our minds ideas, it can hurt. Such pain can indicate growth and time to find a new tree of options. Sometime those elephant trees can be tricky. Maybe a pampas tree would be a great place to set an ;)

Ok well how you were raking leaves yet still managed to fall out of a tree is a little bit puzzling.
However, if you think you may have broken something you need to see a doctor. Either call your primary care physician for an emergency appointment or head to your local emergency room. If you don't want to do either of those then:
1.) Apply ice to the injured area
2.) Rest the injured area
3.) Elevate it if possible
4.) Wrap in an ace bandage if you have one handy and the injured part in wrappable
5.) Use motrin or tylenol for pain.
If you don't get better in a few days, or you experience severe pain, swelling, or discomfort get in for an x-ray.
Hope this helps. :-)

Umm.
if you're having doubts wether it's broken or not it isnt.
when you break something you always just KNOW.
you might, however, have sprained something or pulled something.
i would go find an ER as soon as possible.
best of luck â¥
