There where many problems to the house I am living in. She said she would sublease the house when everything was fixed. 2 Weeks later she called and said she would not do that anymore. I found another place to live once we were able to leave this place we were at now. What do I do or what can I do. Cause I am stuck.

All contracts involving real estate MUST be in writing. Verbal contracts regarding real estate are not enforceable. Unless you got this agreement from her in writing, then, yes, you are stuck.

I am guessing that she wanted you out but had no "real" reasons to evict you, so she dreamt up this story and you bought it. Nothing you can do now. If it isn't in writing, it isn't....
