If it is 21 like it is in most US states, is it strictly enforced, particularly in regard to tourists?

It is 21 in all 50 states, whether you're American or a tourist. You will be carded if you try to buy a drink and turned away. If you're caught with alcohol, you will be punished.

According to Florida Law, the legal age is 21. Florida has gotten to where its cracking down on all under age drinkers and the person delivering the alcohol or furnishing. Doesn't make a difference if your a tourist or not, the age is 21. There are so many under age drinkers getting killed or killing someone else,,, the law has to make a stand somewhere.

The leagl drinking age in all fifty states is 21, tourist, resident or whatever. The laws are stricty enforced everywhere, with some states having stronger punishmenst for violations.

21 it is still the us but in mexico it is 18
