The words above are words that have been link to our attorney general, speaker of the house, district attorney and other lawyers, so how can we teach our children to look up to authority, if this is the example?

It's always a bad sign when the first thing that comes to mind when discussing most of our leaders is corruption and incompetence. Regardless of party.

We cannot respect authority when authority doesn't respect us. And we cannot teach people to follow the laws and act for the good of the community when our leaders do neither.

By showing your kids that there are always "bad apples" in every bunch. Most of the people that hold these jobs aren't dishonest people. Unfortunately the ones that get the attention are the ones that dishonor the profession. Making sure that children understand that will go much further than trying to explain the differences between the good people in those positions and the bad ones.

honor is a term i've not associated with this administration, ever.
i teach my granddaughter to question authority, not to follow blindly! they need to learn more about thinking for themselves

you should teach your kids 'innocent until proven guilty' unless you want them growing up in a world were it is easy to be labeled.

If they are convicted - no. If they are not convicted - yes.
In the US a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
