I have a 94 honda civic and my ac compressor makes a scratching sound when i accelerate how can i fix it?

I just replaced my ac compressor and it seemed fine, now it doesnt work when its really hot out and the face vents barely blow off air. and to top it off when i start driving at highway speeds all i get is warm air. please help.....

if you can look closely at the compressor without the car running. if you see tiny metal shavings on the outside of the compressor its time to replace it.

well first is the refrigerent charge correct ??? second is the clutched shimed properly ???
