Frankly NO. Their players may be just as talented and dedicated as any other team in Europe - but England, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, etc just have too much money. They have all the best players in the world and a small country like Romania has an even smaller chance of entering the Champions League.

Romanian football teams get a chance to qualify just like everyone else. Decent league ranked 7th behind Portuguese Liga.

Maube Steaua Bucarest or Dynamo Bucarest have a chance to enter the group stage.

They are good, no doubt; dedicated players, playing their heart out! But need some more big time experience before they can play their name into the big league!
