My skin is bruised/broken/cut very easily and takes much longer than most people to heal and normally leaves scars. What strengthens skin (a vitamin or anything)?

There are so many dangerous diseases out there that cause weak skin. Cushing's syndrome, an adrenal gland dysfunction, a connective tissue abnormality, Scurvy- you really need to go get tested.

Vitamin E can help with your skin. You might want to get that checked out with your doctor though. It could be as simple as your vitiamin levels being off, or it could be abit more complex. Diabeties, for example, can delay healing times and result in poor healing over-all.

Aloe Vera straight from the plant was the first thing that came to my mind. It's natural, renowned for it's healing powers.
Buy a plant and break a leaf off and rub it right onto your skin.

This is a quot from wikipedia:

It is said that soaking feet in tannic acid (or strong tea) can help prevent blisters.

But the use of tea for toughening skin appears to be apocryphal, in as much as tea is said to be incapable of tanning leather.

Research the medical uses to tannic acid.
