I am not a girl but I have performed cunnilingus on many occasions and in my experience ladies just go moist in that region. Despite male fantasies they do not ejaculate like males but the vagina is self lubricating and that is what makes them moist. I may be possible that some ladies can produce a lot of moisture which may give the impression of ejaculation but I have never experienced that and I suspect that male accounts of such things are mainly due to an overactive imagination but I may be wrong. It can be one of 3 things or a combo of things. What is ejaculated into a woman by a man, has to come out the same way it went it (if they aren't using a condom), female lube produced by her own body or a female ejaculation mixed with any of the above.
