I am a former chef and will try to answer you intelligently, I am with a few others chain place do have recipes but they are chain wide and are just returned to the head office, smaller places like the corner style or mom and pop places are not as likely to have recipes that are closely guarded secrets. I never really wrote down much, more was from my head, and in some sense, no matter who makes it it is never 100% the same each time, I would say it is not really and issue.

There used to be a bunch on 95. I know from MA to NC they've been replaced by McD's.
