This year is just practice for the Brew crew, all the roster moves and call ups were meant for '08---we are AHEAD of schedule...Now as for the Cubs when you lose it ''AGAIN'' this year be it to the Brewers, Padres (wild card) or even the Cards how will you feel (lol)??

Both Cubs and Brewers fans should be real happy about how their teams have performed this year. I look for both teams to go right down to the wire to determine a winner.

"At least the Cubs have won a World Series" Are you kidding me? Is anyone who saw that game even still alive. By that same idiotic logic you can argue the Brewers are better since they haven't gone as long without winning one.
Anyway. I think the Brewers are better than the cubs, but the Cubs have much better coaching, so they are actually performing up to their ability, unlike the Brewers. And just so you guys know, the Brewers are sub-.500 since the beginning of May. I wouldn't really pick either team right now, since the Cubs are definitely playing better ball right now, but as I said, I think the Brewers have better players. I think once the roster goes up to 40, the Brewers will run away, until then it is all dependent on whether or not the Crew can get their act together to hold off the Cubs. Honestly, I hope both do well and take the Wildcard as well just to shut people up about the "Sh*tty NL central"

The Cubs are flat out hot right now... and have been for a solid six weeks. They already made up 8 games to be in contention for first place, while the Brewers are in a major slump. The key for the Brewers is remembering how to win on the road and keeping their starting rotation healthy. Suppan and Sheets HAVE to get healthy and stay healthy for them to even have a chance at the division and to go anywhere in the playoffs.

The Cubs need to keep their big bats healthy and have enough depth to do so. The key for the Cubs is the bottom order of their rotation. If they don't get some consistancy from this group, their bats might not be enough to hold the Brew crew off.

I've got to go with experience and Lou Pinella in a major market in '07. The Brewers are stacked to be a force in the NL central for years to come, but at this pace, they won't have much to do in October.

The Brewers are under .500 the past five weeks, and the cubs are the hottest team in baseball during that same period. I do belieive the brewers are going to be really good in the future but im going with the cubs. Maybe next year cheese head. lol

Well you brewers just sent rickie weeks back to AAA and when your brewers are watching my cubs whip the other teams in the playoffs youll think then that 08 might be your year but the cubs are the one to win the world series.

I believe the Cubs have the best winning percentage for the month of July. And started the month of August off right last night. The Brewers started out DECENT but are losing steam fast. See ya in October!

WTF!?, (I am a Cubs fan), now I know I'm not going to get a best answer for this but your brewers are sucking it up. No Sheets, Hardy being a hardhead, and with the Cubs one game back, they'll win the division. P.S, The Cubs are 16-0 when I go to there games and I'm going to a Cubs game on the 2nd 4th(My birthday) and 5th of August so buckle up, theCubs are taking the division on the 4th as my birthday present

The Cubs are ripe for a world series run. This is a Lou Pinella team and after they squash the Brew Crew they will take down the rest of the NL. Then they will propably get swepped by the Red Sox
