Maya Angelou's poem, "Phenomenal Woman" is really empowering. If that's what you're looking for.

Why do you need inspiration? There is nothing outside of you that can give you anything. Everything you need to live is already existing in you as a human being. There is a natural intelligence in the living organism able to overcome every single external demand you will have to deal with. The demand to look outside for 'something else' is imposed and not natural. Does a cat need instruction on how to live? We may not be cats but we sure struggle with the simple day to day living and cats do not. Who is the smart one here?

Being single used to mean that nobody wanted you. Now it means you're pretty sexy and you're taking your time deciding how you want your life to be and who you want to spend it with. Sex and the City Freedom is nothing else but a chance to be better. Albert Camus I celebrate myself, and sing myself. Walt Whitman Being single isn’t bad. What is bad is giving up hope on finding that someone special. Anonymous Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. Jalal ud-Din Rumi If you aren't good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you'll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren't even giving to yourself. Actually, from my experience, the single most important thing most women need to know how to say and MEAN IT, is the word "NO". There is a lot of empowerment in the word "NO".

A lot of women have trouble establishing boundaries and keep getting roped into stuff they don't want anything to do with, and keep getting stepped on. They are trained to be "nice" to people, to the point of being doormats. There is a fine skill in learning how to tell people where to get off.

The second thing is to learn how to ask for what you want in every circumstance.

Don't know if you can use this, but I think of the song by Christina Aguilar, "Beautiful", it says "We are beautiful in every single way, so don't you bring me down today."

"Thank you for this day." That isn't a saying but it is a way to accept who you are and the life You live.
It doesn't get much better than that.
